Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the CfL Leadership Academy Online Course (“the Course”), provided by Super North Star Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing and accessing the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility
By enrolling in the Course, you confirm that:
oYou are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian
oYou have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement oThe information you provide during purchase is accurate and complete

Course Access
oUpon successful purchase, you will be granted access to the Course via our online platform oAccess is personal to you and must not be shared, transferred, or resold
oWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is identified

Licence & Use
When you purchase the Course, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your personal or internal business use only.

You may not:
oCopy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Course content
oShare login details with others
oUse the Course content for commercial training or delivery without written permission

Course Content Disclaimer
The Course is designed for educational and personal development purposes only. While we aim to provide practical and high-quality guidance:
oWe do not guarantee specific results, career outcomes, or financial gain oOutcomes will vary depending on individual effort, circumstances, and application
oThe content does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice

Payments
oAll prices are listed in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
oPayment must be made in full (or via agreed payment plan) before access is granted
oFor payment plans, failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access

Refund Policy
We aim to provide a high-quality learning experience.
However:
oYou may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not completed more than a reasonable portion of the Course
oRefund requests must be submitted in writing to zenler@compassforlife.co.uk.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where there is clear evidence of:
oSignificant course access or completion oAbuse of the refund policy

Access Duration
oCourse access is provided for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase oAfter this period, access may expire unless otherwise stated

Certificates
oCertificates are issued upon successful completion of the Course (where applicable)
oCertificates confirm completion only and do not constitute formal accreditation unless explicitly stated

Intellectual Property
All Course materials, including videos, documents, frameworks, and branding, remain the intellectual property of Super North Star Ltd. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct
You agree to engage with the Course respectfully and appropriately.

We reserve the right to remove access without refund if you:
oEngage in abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour
oMisuse the platform or community spaces

Technical Access oYou are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary internet access and compatible devices oWe are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party platforms or technical issues outside our control

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
oWe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Course
oOur total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Course

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Changes to the Course
We reserve the right to:
oUpdate or improve Course content
oModify delivery format or structure of the Course

These changes will not materially reduce the value of the Course.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
